Reason for Return:
Exchanges of sizes
Incorrect Product or Size Ordered
The product does not match the description
Wrong Product or size shipped
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect or size issue you may return or exchange for sizes, with the tags attached, in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery, (including weekends) by the same delivery method which the parcel was received.
Simply provide us with your collection address and we will arrange for collection.
The customer will be charged the courier fee for returns. If you opt for a refund, you will be refunded the amount for your purchases only and not the courier fee.
No exchanges or refunds will be provided for any used items. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
Exchanges can only be done once we receive the item and a quality inspection follows. Once all inspections have been done, you would be informed if the size required is available or if a refund will be passed.
In the case of damaged or incorrect goods having been delivered, ebeezbrandz will evaluate the case and issue a refund upon proof of the damaged/incorrect item. A refund will only be done in the original form of payment i.e. cash for cash or a refund to the credit card used.
If ebeezbrandz concludes that the returned item has been worn or damaged in any way by the customer, it will be returned to the customer at their own cost of service.
Items can only be exchanged for a different size, not for a different colour or another item.
